Prompt and professional. Tom discovered that I'd been sold a faulty gas hob and offered to speak to the retailer to confirm that it was faulty. He returned to fit the new replacement hob at no extra cost.

Tom completed the work quickly, to a high standard with good attention to detail. He left the area clean & tidy and took all rubbish away. Very helpful when I was choosing a stove, I will use Tom again and have recommended him to a friend.

Tom arrived within half an hour of his phone call. The job was completed in a friendly, professional manner, for a good price. Even the tidying up was good. I would call on Tom again.

Tom and his mate did a fantastic job. No nonsense and helpful approach, quality work at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back in touch when our boiler inevitably needs replacing. Price agreed included several other jobs that he did while at our house.

Really pleased with the quality of workmanship, advice and service provided by Tom Paterson. Toms expertise in advising on the work that needed to be undertaken no doubt saved me time and money. He supplied and installed a new water stop cock, new garden tap and pipework, in the existing location as well as fitting an isolater ( so water can be shut off in winter), repaired the boiler condensation pipe and lagged the external pipe with the correct thick lagging. I noticed a small leak in the joint of the condenser pipe and emailed tom on saturday evening, asking him to take a look at it when he was next in the area. He insisted on coming out the next day (sunday morning) and putting a new pipe in. AS many people will now its can be very difficult to get tradepeople to come back and rectify work after they have been paid.AFTER THE SERVICE TOM PROVIDED I CAN HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM WITHOUT HESITATION.

Tom came along to give us a quote (which was the best we had received) and was able to do the job straight away. Finished the job quickly and left everything neat and tidy. Very helpful and friendly guy.

Tom did an excellent job of rectifying a serious problem with my fireplace, discovered when sweeping the chimney. He is an expert in his field, is trustworthy and takes pride in doing an excellent job. I now have confidence that my fireplace is safe and have the certificate to prove it! Thank you.

Tom and his colleague came round on time and carried out work as agreed to agreed price. Did an excellent job and were very friendly. Tom also carried out some extra work for me by replacing a faulty valve on a radiator for a good price. Highly recommend.
